Fall officially arrived on Sunday, September 22 at 4:44 PM EDT.  The foliage change in the region is slow going at this point.  The most color change can be found in northern Wisconsin, with reports of moderate color (31%-60% change).  Elsewhere in the region, there is little to low change.
