All along the Appalachian Mountains, foliage color is increasing.  The Appalachians are displaying moderate color (31% - 60% change) with high to peak color found in the highest elevations in eastern West Virginia.  Elsewhere in the region, color change is low.

Leaf drop is low to very low throughout the region.
