The Black Lantern was built in 1803 as a stopover for stages on the Post Road from Boston to Quebec. A total of 15 rooms/suites all have private bath; suites and mini-suites have expanded amenities, while all rooms have TV, hair dryer, boot dryer and robes for your use. An outdoor hot tub under the gazebo looks out to Hazen's Notch. Quoted Rates include a full breakfast cooked to order in the morning, tax & gratuity. The Dining Room serves an eclectic menu for dinner in the evening Thursday-Sunday, and during peak holiday times (Christmas/New Year's, President's Week, Foliage season).
