The foliage color change is starting to come together in parts of the Midwest. Moderate color change (31 to 60 percent) is being reported in northern Minnesota and portions of western Wisconsin. Elsewhere around the region, the color change is very low to low.

Leaf drop continues to be low to very low throughout the region.
