The first report of October brings with it the advancing of color change. Much of northern Minnesota is experiencing moderate to high color change. Also reporting moderate to high color change are portions of western and southeastern Wisconsin. The balance of the region is experiencing very low to moderate color.

Leaf drop continues to be low to very low throughout the region.
