Ideal foliage viewing has shifted east to the Lower Peninsula of Michigan and the State of Ohio where the foliage color is high (61 to 80 percent) to peak. Minnesota, Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan have past peak.

Leaf drop ranges from moderate and high in Michigan and Ohio to nearly complete and complete in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
