Foliage Report #5

September 17, 2003

The number of areas experiencing low color change (11 to 30 percent) continues to expand as the foliage prepares to put on its colorful show. Much of eastern Minnesota and northern Wisconsin are reporting low color change. Small pockets of low color have also been observed in portions of Michigan and Ohio. Elsewhere in the region, the color change remains very low.
