November 1, 2003 The foliage season is nearly over in the Upper Midwest. Some foliage viewing remains in southeast Wisconsin, portions of the Lower Peninsula of Michigan and portions of Ohio. The Upper Peninsula of Michigan, northern and western Wisconsin and the State of Minnesota have all passed peak. Leaf drop in the locations that have passed peak is nearly complete to complete.
