Much of Minnesota is now in the low color (11%-30% change)
range. The same holds true for western Wisconsin, south-central
Wisconsin, portions of the Upper Peninsula and Saginaw Bay in
Michigan and parts of northeast Ohio. Elsewhere, there is little
to no change.
Leaf drop is a non-factor at this early stage of the foliage
season.
