Fall is officially here and the foliage season is slowly progressing
in the Upper Midwest. Low color (11% - 30% change) is now dominating
with some areas still seeing little to no change. That won't
be the case for long however, as October nears. In portions
of western Wisconsin, the first reports of moderate color have
arrived. Moderate color is 31% - 60% change.
Leaf drop continues to be very low to low throughout the region.
