Foliage color change remains mostly in the little to no change category although some signs of color are beginning to appear in the region. Portions of Michigan's Lower Peninsula, northern Wisconsin and northeastern Minnesota are reporting low color (11% to 30% change). Keep in mind however, that this change is toward the lower part of this range.
