Foliage color is starting to pop up across the region, mostly in Minnesota, Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where many areas have crossed into the low color category (10% - 30% change). Portions of the Lower Peninsula of Michigan are also reporting low color change. Ohio remains in the little to no change category.
