September 28, 2005
The region received some much-needed rain recently. Hopefully this will help to keep the leaves healthy enough for a great foliage display.
Much of Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan are now showing some degree of fall color. Most locations are reporting low color (11% - 30% change) with moderate color found in northern Minnesota. Ohio is still slow to get into the act with most areas reporting very little to no change.
Leaf drop is very low to low throughout the region.
