High color (61% - 80% change) can be found in the balance of Minnesota, northern Wisconsin, portions of southern Wisconsin and much of Michigan's Upper Peninsula. The Lower Peninsula of Michigan and the State of Ohio are reporting low (11% - 30% change) to moderate (31% - 60% change).

Leaf drop is mostly low throughout the region. The exceptions being northeastern Minnesota and portions of western Wisconsin, where moderate leaf drop is being reported.
