Fall colors are popping in northern Minnesota with color change now in the moderate range (31%-60% change). Central and southern Minnesota is reporting low color (11%-30% change) as is much of Wisconsin, and in Michigan the Upper Peninsula and northern and eastern Lower Peninsula. All other areas are reporting little to no change. Leaf drop is still very low throughout the Upper Midwest.
