There hasn't been much change since Report #10. The best foliage viewing can be found in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and in Michigan, the Upper Peninsula and the northern Lower Peninsula. Foliage conditions in these areas ranges from high color to peak color. Elsewhere in the region, low to moderate color dominates.
Leaf drop is moderate where color is high to peak and low elsewhere.
