Foliage Report #10

October 6, 2001
A majority of the Southeast is now reporting low color change. The exceptions include a small section in central Virginia and coastal Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia where the change is still very low, and the mountainous regions of western Maryland, central West Virginia, and central Virginia where the foliage change has now reached moderate levels.

Leaf drop is mostly low across much of the Southeast, with isolated regions of both very low and moderate leaf drop.

This information provided by Marek D. Rzonca, The Foliage Network. The next report will be released Wednesday, October 10, 2001.
