Foliage Report #22

November 17, 2001
This, the final report of the 2001 foliage season, find most of the Southeast having past peak conditions. The only areas still reporting peak conditions include southern Delaware, coastal sections of southeastern Maryland, and extreme eastern Virginia. This is typical for coastal regions, as the trees there tend to change last.

Leaf drop throughout the region is nearly complete to complete. The Foliage Network looks forward to continuing foliage coverage of the Southeast in 2002.
