Very low color is the rule at this early stage of the foliage season in the Southeast. The only exceptions are isolated sections of no change, being reported in the extreme southern Eastern Shore of Virginia, and moderate color in portions of central Virginia.

Leaf drop continues to be low to very low whch is expected with so few leaves changing..
