Foliage Report #5

September 15, 2004

Last week there was Hurricane Frances. This week, another major hurricane, Ivan, will most likely affect the region with stormy weather and possible flooding. We are hoping that the remnants of Ivan will move quickly through the area and not cause much damage.

In portions of the mountains and eastern panhandle of West Virginia, low color (11% - 30%) has been reported. Elsewhere, little to no change reigns.

This information provided by Marek D. Rzonca, The Foliage Network.
