The foliage season is rapidly coming to a close for 2004. However, high to peak foliage can still be seen in eastern Maryland and Virginia and in central and eastern North Carolina. Elsewhere, foliage has passed peak.

Leaf drop is mostly high where peak has not yet passed. In the areas where peak has passed, leaf drop is nearly complete to complete.
