Temperatures are finally beginning to drop down to normal levels and as a result, the foliage color is beginning to appear throughout the region. The higher elevations along the Appalachian Mountain chain are beginning to move into the moderate (31% - 60% change) range. Elsewhere in the region, foliage color is mostly in the low (11% - 30% change) category.
Leaf drop is very low to low throughout the region.
