Peak color can be found in much of the region including western Maryland, much of western West Virginia, western Virginia and eastern Tennessee. Meanwhile, high color can be found in much of eastern Maryland, eastern Virginia, central North Carolina and western Tennessee. Moderate color is holding on in much of Delaware, southeast Maryland, southeast Virginia and eastern North Carolina. Peak has passed in much of eastern West Virginia.

Leaf drop is moderate to high throughout the region.
