The Foliage Network is committed to providing the very best in customer service.

You may return most items sold by The Foliage Network within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Product(s) should be returned in the original packing material used to send the product(s) to you.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

1. Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
2. Sealed items which have been opened.
3. Any item not in its original condition or that is damaged.
4. Cheddar cheese, homemade pies and homemade cookies.
5. Gift baskets that have been unsealed.
6. Photographs.

1. If you order is incorrect or damaged, please send a message to service@foliagenetwork.com (please include your name, address, phone number and order number).
2. We cannot be responsible for packages damaged or stolen once delivery has been made.
3. We regret that we are unable to make a refund in the event an item is not to your liking.
