Attractions
  • Pecks Pond Rentals in Dingmans Ferry - Renting boats, canoes on several choice lakes.
  • Rail Tours, Inc. in Jim Thorpe, PA - Train rides on Sat., Sun. and holidays.
  • Stourbridge Line Rail Excursion in Honesdale - Enjoy the foliage on this 50-mile round trip train ride.
  • Sylvania Tree Farm in Lackawaxen - 1,250 acre wooded estate.
  • Walker's Tree Farm & Pumpkin Patch in Lehighton - Come see the fall foliage and October's pumpkin patch.

Covered Bridges
  • Buck Hill Covered Bridge (aka Hess Covered Bridge) built in 1884. Spans a pond and is closed to motor traffic. Located off of Route 501 in Lititz.
  • Old Mill Bridge was originally built in 1850 in New York and then relocated to Old Mill Village, PA. Located on Route 848.

Museums
  • Everhart Museum in Scranton - Features art, natural history, science and children's gallery.
  • JEM Classic Car Museum in Andreas - Classic cars, motorcycles, dolls.
  • Pocono Indian Museum in Bushkill - Traces history of Delaware Indians.

Parks & Trails
  • Belzville State Park in Lehighton - 947-acre lake. Unlimited horsepower boating, fishing, swimming, picnicking and hiking.
  • Gouldsboro State Park in Tobyhanna - 250 acre lake. Swimming, fishing, boating, hiking and picnicking
  • Lackawanna State Park in Dalton - 200-acre lake. Picnicking, fishing, boating, hiking and camping.
  • Locust Lake State Park in Barnesville - 52-acre park offering picnicking, swimming, fishing, boating, hiking, bicycling and camping.
  • Promised Land State Park in Greentown - Two lakes, natural areas, swimming, fishing, boating, hiking, camping and cabins.
  • Salt Spring State Park in Dalton - Features three waterfalls, stream, hiking, picnicking, fishing and environmental education.
  • Tuscarora State Park in Barnesville - 96-acre park with picnicking, swimming, fishing, boating and hiking.

  • Claws 'N' Paws Wild Animal Park in Hamlin - Exotic animals, shows, petting areas.
  • Gone Fishin' in Northeast Pennsylvania in Scranton - Great site with fishing information for 10 counties in Northeast PA.
