Attractions
  • Greenvale Vineyards in Portsmouth; on the National Register of Historic Places. Tour the vineyards and sample the delicious estate-grown award-winning wines.
  • International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport exhibits tennis history and tennis greats memorabilia. Open daily except in July during professional tournament play.
  • Newport Vineyard & Winery in Jamestown; award winning wines. Tastings, gift shop, tours.

Historic Sites
  • Fort Adams in Newport is a National Historic Landmark. Entertaining and educational for the entire family as you walk the six and a half acre parade grounds. Climb the fort walls for a fabulous view, enter the casements where the cannons discouraged invasions, and go to the listening tunnels beneath the fort walls.
  • Touro Synagogue in Newport; America's oldest synagogue, established in 1763. National Historic Site.
